Do you fall in those habits of being on your phone texting, playing an addictive game, checking your social media accounts or even doing business while: on a date / with friends / with family/ when eating / in the bathroom / while driving / while crossing the road / at the cash register / while walking in the mall / while cooking / on your bed (right after you wake up or right before you sleep)

One or more of these scenarios will apply to you – ask yourself – is it that important? or can it wait?
