Now I see better but still I get surprised

Now I take responsibility but still I point my finger

20 years ago I was lost
I keep discovering myself every day
20 years ago I was a different person
I keep changing with every passing moment

20 years ago is just a number
When you look back at your life as it passes you by
You smile, you cry, and you just know you lived it all
And the reality is there is more where that came from
20 years ago is just a stepping stone
